Mike DelRose Sr. started this team in 1978 with a belief that clients deserved honest guidance, not just a transaction. Back then, the MLS was a printed book. There was no internet, no Zillow, no way for a buyer to search listings from home. If you wanted to know what was on the market, you called your agent.

That era taught us something the industry has been relearning ever since: the value of an agent is not access to information. It is knowing what to do with it.

Today the DelRose McShane Team operates across Belmont, Watertown, Waltham, Newton, and Arlington, with extended coverage throughout Greater Boston, the Worcester suburbs, Cape Cod, and Rhode Island. Mike DelRose Jr. leads the team as Director of Marketing, bringing a background in PropTech and over fifteen years of market experience alongside his father. Bobby McShane co-leads with the same client-first approach that has defined this team for three generations.

Mike Jr. serves on the Board of Directors and chairs the Grievance Committee of the Greater Boston Association of REALTORS®, overseeing professional standards across the region. He is actively engaged in supporting legislation for the production of new housing and associated zoning policy in Massachusetts. He holds the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist Guild designation, the Coldwell Banker Global Luxury Specialist designation, the e-Pro Technology Certification, the At Home With Diversity Certification, and the Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource designation. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and a Master of Science in Innovation and Strategic Management from Salve Regina University.
